I had a frustrating time trying to get help from Pro Blo Group. The replies were sorta slow, and it felt like no one really read what I’d written. I ended up explaining the same thing more than once and still didn’t get a clear answer. Overall, it just wasn’t a great customer service experience for me.

"Delivery was much slower than expected"
My order did show up in the end, but it arrived later than I expected by a few days. I kept checking the tracking updates and it just seemed to sit there without much movement, which was frustrating. Not super happy with the delivery experience overall.

"Decent selection, but nothing special"
They do have a decent mix of products, and it’s not even about that really. I just thought there would be more options in a few sections. Overall it’s not bad, but it felt kind of average to me

"Pretty good deal, I think"
I checked a few other options before going with this, and the price seemed fair enough. I’m not totally sure it’s the best deal out there, but for what I paid, it felt like I got decent value without a bunch of random extra charges. I do wish they made things a little clearer before checkout, though. Overall, not perfect, but I’d probably use them again if the pricing stays about the same.

Overall it was okay, but the replies did take a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just wish the communication was a little quicker.

"Got sorted quicker than I expected"
I had a bit of an issue with something on my order and wasn’t really sure how long it was going to take to get fixed. I was kind of stressed at first, but support got back to me fast and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. Not much else to say really, it’s all good now and I’m happy with how they handled it

I was really happy with these when they arrived. They feel sturdy in person, not flimsy at all, and they look just like the photos. After seeing them up close, I’d definitely say the quality is really good.

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the actual print was disappointing. The colors looked a lot duller than my original file, and a few of the smaller details came out kind of blurry. It wasn’t completely awful, but for what I paid, I expected it to match a lot better. whoever runs this needs to pay more attention to print accuracy.

"I really thought Pro Blo Group would..."
I really thought Pro Blo Group would give me more control over how things looked, but it felt limited once I started using it. The customization options were mostly basic, and anytime I tried to tweak something, it felt like there were too many steps just to make a small change. After messing with it for a while and still not getting it the way I wanted, I got frustrated and gave up. It might be fine if you only need something simple, but it just wasn’t worth the effort for me.
